• The security guard is located at the front desk in the main lobby from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 11:00 pm on Saturdays, and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Sundays.
• His or her presence in the lobby helps deter theft and vandalism in the building, but in the event of a problem, he or she will notify the police.
• The security guard is not armed, and should not be expected to physically intervene under any circumstances.
• They are there to observe, monitor and report.
• The security guards have been instructed not to allow anyone in the building after hours.
• The tenant desiring access to the property should use their key card.
• If they do not have their key card or the person is not a tenant of the building, then they should be instructed to contact their office’s emergency contact number.
• For security reasons, anyone not having a key to your suite or offices, including your employees will not be admitted by 1 Place personnel or the security guard.
