Sustainably Smart Recycling
- 1 Place offers an innovative recycling program to divert as much waste as possible from landfills.
- Items deposited in each deskside or centrally located recycling receptacles with clear liners are deposited in the recycling compactor.
- Tenants are asked to help keep the recyclables free from wet food waste by taking those items to breakrooms or other centrally located wet waste receptacles..
- The recyclable materials are taken to a sorting facility and wet waste is taken to a landfill.
The following is a list of items that can be recycled and commingled:
- Office paper all colors Envelopes windowed/labeled Plastic bottles
- Cardboard boxes Junk mail Glass bottles
- Magazines/newspapers Phonebooks Greeting cards
- Soft and hardback books File folders Aluminum cans
- Brochures Wrapping paper
Please keep recycling containers FREE of food waste.
Please note that staples and paperclips do NOT haveto be removed to be recycled.
*The following examples cannot be recycled:
- Wet waste, empty toner cartridges, Styrofoam, fruit peelings, cores, etc.
- We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in taking non-recyclable food waste & soiled containers to your breakroom.

Electronic Recycling
- Electronic recycling services are provided by Atlanta Recycling Solutions, LLC.
- Atlanta Recycling complies with State and Federal Regulations affecting the recycling of electronic equipment.
- ARS provides a comprehensive range of services such as asset tag removal and data/hard disk destruction.
- ARS assures clients that over 95% of material received is
recycled.
The following items below are accepted:
Desktops, laptops, servers, mainframes, network hubs, network switches, cell phones, desktop phones and systems, keyboards/mice, check processing, gaming consoles, LCD monitors, CD-ROMS, floppy drives, circuit boards, power supplies, hard drives, UPS and UPS batteries, Ni-MH/Ni-CAD batteries, lithium batteries, blue-ray players, cable/wire, gaming controllers, toner/inkjet cartridges, printers, fax machines, copiers, scanners, typewriters, modems, stereos, VCR, radios, DVD-players, CD-players and dock stations.
Note: Televisions are not accepted for recycling.
